Shipping & Delivery

 

Christin Isabellé offer shipping to USA, EU, European Economic Area and some non EU countries. Our products will be shipped from Germany.

The delivery time to Germany is about 3-7 working days. The delivery time to EU is about 4-8 working days. The delivery time to non EU is about 7-14 working days. The delivery time to USA is about 8-14 working days. 

Please note, Christin Isabellé cannot be held liable for unexpected delays in delivery outside of our control.

Christin Isabellé does not deliver to packing stations or P.O. Boxes as a signature is usually required for delivery.

VAT and import duties may apply for deliveries to non-EU countries. Christin Isabelle is not responsible for customs duties or import taxes. The sole responsibility for these fees are with the buyer and no refunds will be given for undelivered items or orders resulting from the buyer not having paid these fees.

For international shipments, Christin Isabellé will not be responsible for any customs fees or charges. In the event that you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges, including return shipping. The customer will receive any remaining amount as store credit or as a credit to the original payment method.

In the event that a package cannot be delivered or acceptance of the package is refused, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the original delivery and return shipping. This return shipping cost is 15% of the original shipping cost.

The shipping costs depend on the country. You are responsible for the shipping costs.

    How can I track my shipment?

    You can find tracking information in your shipping confirmation email.

    Please track your order and pay attention to notifications of delivery attempts.

    We cannot be held liable for orders you did not receive that are marked as 'delivered' or where delivery attempts were made.
    Delivery disputes must be directly addressed with the transport company by the buyer. Christin Isabellé is not responsible for tracking shipped orders.

    Can I cancel my order?

    Unfortunately, orders confirmed through our website cannot be cancelled.

    Can I cange the delivery address after I have ordered?

    Unfortunately, the shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been placed.

    Why was my package sent back to Christin Isabellé?

    There may be several reasons why your order was returned to us.

    - There were unsuccessful delivery attempts.
    - The package was refused.
    - Error in the delivery address

    I have not recieved my order yet and the tracking has not been updated for a long time. What can I do?

    We are very sorry that you are waiting for your order and have not received it yet. If the tracking is no longer updating, we recommend that you first inquire about your shipment with the respective courier service. Maybe there are delivery problems or missing information about delivery address, which you can provide. Sometimes the problem can be easily solved.

    What can I do if I have not received my order but the tracking shows that the order has been delivered?

    We are very sorry that you did not receive your order, even if it was delivered according to the shipment status. Please check your mailbox to see if a delivery notification card was left. The courier may have left your package with a neighbor or left it in the hallway or on the property. He may also have taken it to another pickup location. We recommend checking the tracking number. You can find out more information about the delivery location there. If you do not find any further information here, please contact the transport company.

    Where can I finde my invoice to my order?

    You will receive the invoice for your order in a link in your order confirmation email.
