Returns & Exchanges

International Policy


1. Full price refund will be issued in form of store credit code or refund if you return the unworn item within 14 days of receipt. We do not issue cash refunds.
2. Store credit or refund will only be issued in the amount of the original item purchased and returned, excluding shipping fees. The store credit will not be forfeited.
3. Sales or reduced items cannot be returned for any reason. Gift cards and vouchers are subject to final sale policy and cannot be exchanged or returned.
4. We will only accept returns if items are returned in new, unworn original condition in the original bag with all tags, tpu-fabric labels, size labels and hang tags, and all hygiene stickers are still present and attached. Damaged, soiled, altered or worn items, as well as items that have odors, pet hair or reattached hygiene stickers will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense.
5. Returned items that do not have the tpu-fabric, size or hang tags fully attached will have a 15 Euro charge per item deducted from the amount of credit issued.
6. You are responsible for the shipping costs for returns and exchange. We will not reimburse these costs.
7. It is the buyer's responsibility to insure the return package and return it with a signature to ensure receipt of the return.
8. Christin Isabellé is not liable for lost returns that are not insured or signed for. We advise you to send your return with a tracking number so you can be sure it will arrive safely.
9. Credit or refund will not be issued until we have received the returned items and verified that they are unaltered, unworn and all tags and labels are still attached.
10. To exchange an item in a different style, size or color, you must first return the relevant item to us and wait for store credit or refund to be issued, which you can then use to purchase the desired item.
11. If your desired item is out of stock, you may wait to reorder until the item is back in stock.
12. We will process returns within 2-8 business days of receipt. You will then receive an electronic notification of approval or rejection of your store credit or refund. At this time, you will also receive your code to use when applying your credit.

Exchanging / Return an item or an entire order

  • Please contact us in advance by email or by WhatsApp +49 163 8180746 and indicate your order number and the item(s) you wish to return / exchange. After receiving your email, you will receive a confirmation from us, as well as the shipping guidelines and the return address. You can then proceed with the return process.
