Step 1
Please contact us in advance by email return@christinisabelle.com or by WhatsApp +49 163 8180746 and indicate your order number and the item(s) you wish to return / exchange. Upon receipt of your email, you will receive a confirmation from us and can proceed with steps 2-4.

Step 2
Print out the return and exchange form. Click here to download the form. Please fill out our form and include your name, order number and reason for return.

Step 3
Include the return and exchange form in the original packaging with the items to be exchanged or returned.

Step 4
You are responsible for the shipping costs for returns and exchange. The shipping cost of return / exchange will not be refunded. Please send your package to this return address:

GermanyWe advise you to send your return with a tracking number so you can be sure it will arrive safely. Please track your package. We do not refund lost packages.
After your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a notification via email. You will than also receive your store credit.
